Communication the day before the trip was excellent with driver information, license plate of the car. Our driver Darminder arrived early and was patient while we did last minute packing and got our luggage ready. He was polite and professional. The car was clean and very comfortable and he knew where all the rest stops were along our trip and gave us ample opportunities to stop for a break. Great ride home from NYC to East Hampton. I would recommend this service whole heartedly and would use them again!

We used Connecticut Car Services for both drop off and pick up from CT to JFK. Communications regarding driver info, car details and timing was excellent. The communication was very smooth. There is a chat function, which I initiated while I was booking my reservation. They stayed on the chat with me and responded throughout the confirmation process as I waited to receive emails confirming my request. After my request was confirmed, shortly before my flightd I had a card that did not go through because there was fraud on the card and I didn’t realize I used it for this reservation…but they reached out to me right away and it was replaced without any hassle. They arrived early each time when taking us to the airport from East Haddam, Connecticut to JFK and then back from JFK to East Haddam Connecticut. It was so nice having the car service not having to worry about traffic or where we needed to go. Specifically, we were dropped off and picked up literally at the door. And fantastic kind and very good communication, highly recommended. And it was only slightly more expensive, which was probably about the cost of a tip, than if I had left my vehicle there and I didn’t have to drive my vehicle, I didn’t have to worry about it’s safety or having to drive home after 24 hours of flights.

I want to tell you how wonderful my driver was today. Darminder arrived early to pick me up. Waited patiently for a few minutes for me and we were on our way. Beautiful clean and comfortable car. Water. He was very kind and worked so hard to get me to JFK on time for my flight, despite very heavy traffic. I would not hesitate to use your company again and would request Darminder if i could. We are very grateful to Connecticut Car Service. We needed two family member picked up at JFK going to Woodbury Ct, and we needed everything to go smoothly. It certainly did. Connecticut Car Service is quality all the way, the price was excellent, a quality driver and car were sent, and we definitely look forward to using them again.

A last minute change in travel plans in FL meant scheduling a pick-up at JFK less than 24 hours in advance on a weekend. These folks responded quickly, were reasonably priced, nice vehicle, professional, and most importantly… ON TIME! We will definitely use them again.
